We specialise in high-quality, plant-based (vegan) cuisine, using mainly local, seasonal and sustainable produce from the region. In the evenings, we offer casual fine dining with multi-course tasting menus (à la carte also available), whilst at lunchtime we serve simple vegan dishes.
